Resipi zeera : Spaghetti Seafood Aglio Olio
My favourite! After laksa... hehe... ok, we use spaghetti, not angel hair or fettuccine. I always eat it outside. This time, let's try making it myself as a breaking fast dish. Western style again... ermmm... nyum nyum nyum...
The most delicious spaghetti seafood aglio olio I have ever tasted is at Austin Chase, Plaza Shah Alam, and Upstairs Cafe Subang. Secret Recipe? Out! It is bland and not tasty. They are really only good at making cakes. Teeettt... *personal opinion only... hope I do not get bashed!
So, here are the ingredients...
SPAGHETTI
1/2 packet spaghetti direbus, kemudian dicelur dengan garam & butter
BAHAN-BAHAN
2 sudu besar minyak zaiton
3 ulas bawang putih dipotong halus
1/2 labu capsicum di potong dadu
1/2 labu capsicum di potong dadu
1/2 kilo udang
1/4 kilo sotong
1/4 isi kepah atau lala (optional)
1/4 kilo sotong
1/4 isi kepah atau lala (optional)
cendawan butang di potong slice (*optional)
Sedikit lada hitam (guna yg biji tak perlu ditumbuk)
Sedikit lada hitam (guna yg biji tak perlu ditumbuk)
1 sudu oregano fleks
1 sudu daun parsley fleks
1 sudu cili fleks
garam dan lada sulah untuk perasa
1 sudu teh pati ayam
1 sudu teh pati ayam
CARA-CARA
- panaskan minyak zaiton dan tumis bawang putih hingga kekuningan
- masukan udang, sotong, isi kepah atau lala dan pati ayam tadi
- udang dan kepah otau lala tadi dah nampak kemerahan, masukkan lada hitam, capsicum dan cendawan butang tadi
- akhir skali masuk kan spaghetti, garam, lada sulah, cili fleks atau cili padi, oregano fleks, parsley flakes dan kacau hingga rata
- kalau spaghetti nmpak kering bleh di gaul kan dengan mnyak zaiton tak perlu risau minyak zaiton tiada kolestrol jadi boleh lah tuangkan dekat spaghetti tu supaya tak nmpak kering
