Monie Fest 2026

Monie Fest 2026 concluded its run as Malaysia's premier financial lifestyle festival. Took place at Mitec on last 11 & 12 April 2026 organized by Foodie Media and Spire Digital.

The festival was designed to bridge the gap between complex finance and everyday lifestyle, targeting a crowd of over 30,000 attendees ranging from young retail investors to seasoned professionals.

Key point in this event are:

• Investment & Wealth Creation: Deep dives into stocks, fintech, and property. There was a strong focus on passive income strategies relevant to the 2026 market climate.

• Creator Stage: Sessions featuring popular finance and lifestyle content creators (such as Gin Chong and William K) discussing practical money management.

• Exhibition Hub: Over 100 exhibitors, including major financial institutions, banking partners, and Shariah-compliant investment platforms.

• Interactive Demos: Immersive brand activations and hands-on demonstrations of the latest fintech tools and digital wallets.

The energy at MITEC this morning was electric, a stark contrast to the usual quiet of a weekend morning, Standing in the registration queue, I noticed the crowd was a diverse mix of young professionals, families, and seasoned retail investors. The organizers, Foodie Media and Spire Digital, really leaned into the "lifestyle" aspect, with vibrant neon signage and a playlist that made the hall feel more like a tech launch than a finance seminar.

Walking back to the car, I felt a renewed sense of clarity. Monie Fest 2026 wasn’t just about the "money"—it was about the freedom that smart financial management provides. Whether it’s planning for a child’s future or ensuring a comfortable retirement, the tools discussed today made those goals feel much more attainable. I’m leaving MITEC with a clear to-do list: review my dividend trackers, look closer at those mid-cap tech stocks, and stay disciplined with my monthly contributions.

The "Lifestyle" Angle

Unlike traditional, dry financial seminars, Monie Fest integrated:

• Lifestyle Brands: Showcasing how smart financial decisions support personal goals like travel and tech purchases.

• Networking: Dedicated sessions for entrepreneurs and investors to connect in a casual environment.
